Live Outside These Areas?
The list above is not exhaustive — those are simply the most common areas we work in. We also routinely cover the wider North London area, including Holloway, Stoke Newington, Highbury, Stroud Green, Tottenham, Wood Green, Mill Hill, Hendon, Bounds Green, Manor House, Hornsey, West Hampstead, St John's Wood, Mornington Crescent and many more. If your postcode starts with N1 to N22, NW1 to NW11, or some adjacent E and EC postcodes, the answer is almost certainly yes — but ask anyway, because there is no harm in checking.
The Boroughs We Cover
North London is administratively split across several London boroughs, and we work across all of them. Camden covers Camden Town itself, Hampstead, Kentish Town, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill, Holborn and Bloomsbury — a borough with one of the most varied housing mixes in London, from Georgian squares to post-war estates and modern blocks. Islington covers Islington itself, Holloway, Tufnell Park, Archway, Finsbury Park (in part), Highbury, Canonbury and Barnsbury — densely populated, predominantly Victorian, and well-served by Tube and Overground.
Haringey covers Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Highgate (in part), Hornsey, Wood Green, Tottenham and the streets north of Finsbury Park station — a borough of strong contrasts, from leafy Edwardian Muswell Hill to the busy multicultural high streets of Wood Green and Tottenham. Barnet covers Finchley, Golders Green, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Hendon, Mill Hill and the more suburban areas at the northern edge of London — predominantly inter-war housing, well-served by the Northern line and the A1/A41 trunk roads. We also cover parts of Enfield for clients in Southgate, Palmers Green and the streets around the North Circular.
How Our Coverage Works
We try to keep our service area genuinely local because that is the only way to keep response times short and travel costs out of your quote. We are not a national franchise being routed through a call centre — every enquiry comes directly to us, and we pick the work up ourselves. That keeps things simple, accountable and (most importantly) affordable.
If you are looking for a handyman in a town we haven't listed, send us a quick message anyway. We'd rather say no honestly than waste your time. And if it really is outside our patch, we may be able to recommend a local who covers it — we keep a short list of trades-people we trust in neighbouring areas.
