Small jobs (under an hour) are charged at a flat call-out rate that we quote upfront before we leave the depot. Half-day and full-day rates are also available for larger jobs and tend to work out better value if you have a list of things you want done in one go. For any job longer than half a day we provide a written fixed-price quote in advance — no hourly creep, no surprises on the invoice.

For the booking process we always: confirm the quote in writing by email, agree a date and a morning/afternoon time slot, send a courtesy text on the morning of the job if requested, dust-sheet floors and protect furniture, leave the work area cleaner than we found it, and collect payment only when you are happy with the finished work. Card, bank transfer and cash are all welcome. VAT receipts are available for landlord and business customers.
